If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please contact our customer service via the contact form or via service@aboutsportsonline.com. We do our best to solve your problem as quickly and as effectively as possible. In most cases you are hereby requested to send us photos of the article.

How can I return my order?

The return process:

 

1. Complete the enclosed RETURN FORM and add it to your package together with your PACKAGE NOTE.

2. Hand in your package at a packet service point.

When you hand in your package you will receive a shipping confirmation at packet service, ask for this if not. Keep it safe until your return has been processed.

3. The amount you will receive back from us will be in your account within 2 weeks.

- The item to be returned must be unworn and all tags are still attached to the item.

- The item to be returned does not contain any traces of use.
