- Always report your complaint to our customer service. After you have registered your article, our repair service will assess whether your complaint is justified. We will always let you know whether your complaint is covered by the warranty or not. This way you will not be faced with surprises.
- Is your item covered by the warranty? Then the costs for exchanging or repairing it are at our expense. Of course including advance and / or shipping costs.
- If your item is out of warranty, we will let you know what costs are involved in the repair or exchange. You can then decide for yourself whether you want to incur (part of) these costs.
