TO ORDER

Placing an order at AboutSportsOnline.com is very easy. This can be done as a guest or with an account. The latter is useful if you plan to order from us more often: you do not have to enter your details again and again and you have insight into your order history.

How can I place an order online?

This is how you shop at AboutSportsOnline.com:

1. Found the product you want? Select the correct size and color and then click Order. The item will now be added to your shopping cart.

2. Found everything you need? Then click on your shopping cart at the top right of the screen. Here you will find all the items you have added.

3. When you are ready to order, go to the next step via your shopping cart. You can now log in with your account, create an account or continue as a guest.

4. Enter your address details or check the details stored in your account.

5. Choose your shipping method.

6. Choose how you want to pay and complete your order. You will now be linked to the selected payment method to complete the payment and your order.

Can I also order without an account?

It is not necessary to create an account for your order, but it does have many advantages. This way you can always easily find which items you have ordered before and in what size. We also save your address details, so that you do not have to enter them again and again with every order. But it is also possible to place an order as a guest user.

I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation.

It can take up to 15 minutes for the order confirmation to be sent. In addition, it happens that the order confirmation ends up in your unwanted e-mail. Therefore, always first check the folder with unwanted mail or spam in your mailbox. How do I know which size to order?

Each brand has its own fit. That is why we have created a handy size chart in which you can easily find the right size. You can also find the link to the size chart on almost every product page, so you always have it at hand.

How do I know if my order has been processed correctly?

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox within 15 minutes.

As soon as we have shipped the order you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code so that you can follow your package to your front door.

Can I still change my order?

When the payment has been completed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change your order. We may be able to cancel your order so that you can place a new, correct order. Can I still cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse, it is possible to cancel it. If your order has already been prepared for shipment, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. However, you can choose not to accept the order upon delivery. The package will then be returned to us. After receipt we will refund the total amount of the order and any paid shipping costs to the account with which you made the payment.

SHIPMENT

All orders over € 75 are shipped free of charge. Your purchased items will be shipped via GLS (DHL for outside the Netherlands) as soon as we have received the payment. If you ordered before 12:00 (with the exception of the weekend), you will usually receive your order within 1 working day. However, keep in mind that this may take longer due to unforeseen crowds with us or with the parcel service.

You will receive an email with Track & Trace as soon as we have shipped your order.

AboutSportsOnline.com is not liable for loss or damage to packages by GLS.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders with a total amount above € 75, shipping is free. For orders under € 75, the shipping costs are € 5.95 in the Netherlands and € 11.00 in Belgium.

What is the delivery time?

We try to ship orders placed on working days before 12 noon the same day. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to manage this due to pressure. We therefore use a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days.

After we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code from us, so that you can keep an eye on the delivery yourself. If you have not heard from us after 4 days and / or have not yet received your package, please contact our customer service via the contact form or via service@aboutsportsonline.com.

To which countries can you ship my order?

It is currently possible to have your order delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Other countries will be added in the future. Delivery to another country? Please contact us and we will look at the options.

RETURNS

At AboutSportsOnline.com you can easily return ordered items.

If you are not satisfied with your order or part of it, you can return it within 30 days. For this you use the return label that is enclosed with your package. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account. By not offering free returns, we at AboutSportsOline.com hope that there will be more awareness about what is ordered. How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order or part of it, you can return it within 30 days.

For quick processing, we ask you to complete the return form that you will find with your order as completely as possible.

If the original packaging is not damaged, use it to return your order. 

The return process:

1. Complete the enclosed RETURN FORM and add it to your package along with your PACKAGE NOTE.

2. Hand in your package at a PostNL point.

When you hand in your package you will receive a shipping confirmation at the PostNL point. Keep it safe until your return has been processed.

3. The amount you will receive back from us will be in your account within 2 weeks.
 

Return conditions

- The item to be returned must be unworn and all tags are still attached to the item.

- The item to be returned does not contain any signs of wear.

 

Can I exchange an item?

It is not possible to exchange an item. If you want to exchange an item, place a new order and return the previously received items to us.

What are the costs for returns?

Fortunately, all items you buy from us come with a legal warranty. If you have a complaint about your item, we always take into account - in addition to the warranty - the type of item, for which it is used and its normal lifespan.
